The Project involved the construction of a new 5 storey office building in reinforced concrete framed construction approximately 2450m2 in area; 2- and 3-bedroom apartment blocks on 2 and 3 levels, and a 4-bedroom residence for the Resident UNDP Representative.
The firm carried out the development of the Client’s brief and agreeing schedule of accommodation, Co-ordination of the requirements of the participating Agencies in the Project i.e. UNDP, UNICEF UNFPA, WFP, etc., and the preparation of preliminary designs and estimates.
The firm carried out the production of working drawings, technical details and Bills of Quantities, prequalification dossiers for contractors, invitation of tenders, evaluation and advice on award, supervision of the construction and eventual handover.
