Houses and Apartments for UNDP (Subsequently Converted into Offices)

This involved the construction of several 3- and 4-bedroom single storey houses and 3- and 4-bedroom apartment blocks on 2 levels in reinforced concrete frame construction.

Associated Architects was responsible for the development of the Clients brief and agreeing schedule of accommodation, Co-ordination of the requirements of the participating Agencies in the Project i.e.: UNDP, UNICEF, WEF and UNFPA. Preparation of preliminary designs and estimates, detailed working drawings, technical details and Bills of Quantities, prequalification dossiers for contractors, invitation of tenders, evaluation and advice on award, supervision of the construction and eventual handover.
