Kenya Ports Authority - Dock Offices and Show Pavilion

The Kenya Ports Authority put up an Office Structure at the Port of Mombasa to accommodate administration offices at the Docks. Associated Architects undertook the preparation of preliminary designs and estimates, detailed working drawings, technical details and oversaw the preparation of the Bills of Quantities, pre-qualification dossiers for contractors, invitation of tenders, the evaluation and advice on award, and did the supervision of the construction and eventually handed over. The Firm was also commissioned to design a Show Pavilion for the Kenya Ports Authority at the Nakuru Showgrounds, for which provided the detailed designs and supervised the work.
