The scheme took the form of a twin- tower block with provision for a future third tower development.

This profile puts the site to its best use without congesting it. It is an open design that leaves most of the ground level open to encourage a gentle breeze through the site and easy pedestrian access as well as vehicular access from both
frontages.

The design uses the most conventional materials wherever possible such as reinforced concrete for columns & beams, blocks for walls etc., because these are readily available and are familiar to the local skilled and semi-skilled personnel.
